A tiny pocket

Here's a little something I whipped up last month using an awesome cotton batik.

I used my recent go-to shirt pattern (another version here) but with short sleeves instead of long. I used some sweet buttons that came from a gift batch. I believe they're celluloid or some other type of ancient plastic...

My favorite part of this blouse is the tiny welt pocket at the wait. I almost always have a small thing I want to hold onto (button, car key, a few dollars, etc) and love to have a small pocket for carrying such things...especially if my skirt doesn't.
